Debenhams have introduced a free delivery offer on all online orders (exceptions apply).

A collection service from all shops is also now available saving the normal delivery cost of £3.99.

Purchases should be despatched to the nearest or chosen department store within five working days and an email will be sent to the consumer notifying them that they can now fetch their goods (the item(s) must then be picked up within fourteen days.

If another person comes for the order in their place, in addition to the standard documentation, they must bring identity papers such as driving licence, passport, proof of age card, pension book, cheque guarantee card or bank card.

There is a 28 day returns period commencing once the customer has received an email confirming the merchandise has reached the shop.

Debenhams now ship to selected countries abroad (£7+).
